Deposit Policy:

All deposits are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup date are non-refundable.

Order & Deposit Policy:

Once an order has been placed with one of our team members on the phone, you may pay your deposit online based on your order estimate. You can choose from the available deposit amounts listed. If the total ends up being slightly over or under your estimate, the balance will be adjusted in store, either by issuing a refund or collecting the difference at pickup.
